We have a site. our main servers is for blogs and freedom write. Our custom can submit their article in our site. But for ptotect the copywrite, we do not allow custom just do easy copy and parse a whole article from other site. At least they should write something by themselves.

And how to check if the article is a completed copy from other site? google webmasters? google search api? or other better way?

Because we always received DMCA notice by google, so I am tring to stopping the articles before they were posted.
